What is covered by the warranty?
For a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase, LONE CONE guarantees all products to be free of manufacturer's defects. A qualifying defect is one that results in loss of product function. Examples include split seams, leaks, and stuck or broken closures.
What is NOT covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover product damage resulting from improper use or storage. Normal wear and tear that does not materially alter the product's function does not qualify for coverage.
Warranty claims for orders that have already been refunded or replaced by Amazon will be denied.
How do I submit a warranty claim?
Complete the webform at the top of this page. Please be sure to provide your Amazon Order ID upon submitting a claim to ensure we can process your inquiry as quickly as possible. You may be asked to provide a photo of the product defect.
Upon proof of purchase and at LONE CONE's discretion, we will refund your purchase.
